Pregnancy in women with pulmonary hypertension stresses the already compromised cardiovascular system and is associated with very high peripartum mortality. We present a case of a parturient with primary pulmonary hypertension who underwent caesarean section under general anaesthesia with good maternal and neonatal outcomeDownloads
