Abstract

The perioperative management of a patient diagnosed with ruptured cerebral aneurysm and aortic stenosis (AS) is a challenging task for the anesthesiologist. Continuous cardiac output (CO) monitoring devices such as the FloTracâ„¢/Vigileoâ„¢ system is a reliable measure to avoid and minimize the adverse complications of hemodynamic instability, thus favoring the outcome.
